Hicks Construction is a family owned business based in Clayton, IN. We were founded in April 2020 by Morgan and Myles Hicks. Our goal is to be a reliable contractor that will build exactly what the customer is looking for, with transparent pricing. We work hard to ensure our customers are never disappointed or feel they got a bad deal.
FAQ
How long does the build take start to finish?
We typically estimate 4 weeks, but could be as much as 6-8 weeks from start to finish depending on weather and material availability.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 5% non-refundable deposit to lock into a scheduled start date. The remainder of the balance is due as follows: 40% at start of construction, 20% upon installation of walls and lower bonding, 25% at completion of concrete (or completion of backfill if concrete is excluded), 10% due upon completion of project.

What areas do we service?
We service most of Central Indiana, but try to limit our job sites to 1 hour away from our shop (46118). Feel free to fill our a pool build price request, and we’ll let you know whether you’re in our service area or not!
What type of pools do we build?
We only build vinyl-liner, inground swimming pools. We don’t build fiberglass nor concrete pools.
